Ingredients:
Salmon Filets
Olive Oil
Homemade ranch seasoning (recipe here) – I used 1/2T for 2 filets
Good Foods Tableside Chunky Guacamole (The individual packs from Costco stay fresher longer and are great for snacks too! But I’ve linked the regular container here.)
Directions:
Drizzle salmon with olive oil. Spread ranch seasoning over top. Bake on 425 for 15-20 minutes. (Ours were thick and 20 minutes was perfect.) Spoon guacamole on top. For an entirely Whole30/Paleo meal, it serves great with my Lemon Roasted Riced Cauliflower and your vegetable of choice.
