Ingredients:
2 cups riced cauliflower
2T olive oil
1T lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
sea salt
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Spray cookie sheet. Spread cauliflower mixture on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake on 425 for 8-10 minutes. (Oven temp and time can vary based on what else you’re baking.)
This serves great with my 5-Minute Avocado Salmon.
